Return Policy

At NojiNoji, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a straightforward and fair return process in accordance with Swedish distance selling laws.

Return Period

You have the right to return your product within 14 days from the day you collected your package. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and not used.

Return Shipping

Please note that there is a shipping cost of 150 SEK when you retur an item.

How to Make a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service via email. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will then give you all the necessary information and steps to smoothly carry out the return process.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will process your refund. The refund will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to one business week for the refund to be processed.
